Asparagus, grilled on campfire.

Grilled asparagus – I love it. I just wrap some in some aluminum foil with a pat of butter and toss it on the grill over the campfire. Rotate a few times for a few minutes; don’t let it go too long. It comes out somewhere between a steamed asparagus and dry grilled. You can of course use this old trick to grill lots of things: garlic, corn, etc.

Here with roasted potatoes and Chateaubriand, rare.
